		<description>I&#039;m underwhelmed. The most pressing need in HTML is for a component element - otherwise called a Reset element by Dean Edwards. Although this component element sits within the document, it forces none of the parent CSS styles, block formatting contexts or other CSS abstractions to inherit into it&#039;s contents.

Without this, we&#039;ll never have a true component model in HTML.</description>
