So the Patriots finally lost a game (to Baltimore), though, inexplicably, it won't show up in the record books that way.
The "touchdown" at the end was highly suspect -- he definitely didn't have complete control all the way while still in bounds. But I can forgive that one. It was at least close.
What's really puzzling is the phantom penalty called on 4th and 5. The ball should have been turned over on downs. Brady passed. No on caught it. And replays showed nothing worthy of a flag. Yet for some reason, the Pats end up with a first down.
I guess it's hard to lose when you get lucky breaks like that.
